E-mail Archiver is a simple, but, at the same time, very powerful and usable tool for work with large amounts of e-mails.

Program exports e-mails (including attachments) from mail servers and stores them in application’s database. MS Exchange Server can also be used as a mail server.

E-Mail Archiver can download from the server all e-mails, or only those which correspond to user defined criteria (size, subject, attachments). Moreover, synchronization process can be automated – in this case program will load new e-mails in discrete time periods. Number of mail servers, from which mails can be imported, is unlimited.

Also a user has options to use extended search of e-mails and to create backup of database on CD/DVD disks, which are very useful if there is a big amount of e-mails.
