Software for on-line updates of insiders financial info

Developed for Investis Flife, InsiderRegister is a service that allows client companies to quickly and easily provide up-to-date insider information online. Updated daily, InsiderRegister displays a complete insider list, including their full ownership disclosure and any changes in ownership.

InsiderRegister integrates with the data sources of tax inspectorate registries of multiple countries via XML Webservices.

Objectives

The objectives of the InsiderRegister project were to:

- Develop an automatically updated service that provides detailed information on company insiders, their share/option holdings 

- Provide the option to track and display individual insider buy/sell information

- Display insider transactions as events in the ShareMonitor 6 timeline

- Allow the ability to store and archive individual reports

- Provide administrators the ability to establish and monitor inspectorate registry datasource connections through a Win32 application
