Financial events management software

Developed for Investis Flife, ShareEvents 2.0 allows the management of financial events calendar and distribution information to subscribers and targeted groups. The service includes the ability to schedule and send alerts via email and/or via SMS to inform shareholders, analysts and as well as company management and employees.

Objectives

The objectives of the ShareEvents 2.0 project were to:

- Present company financial calendar in a way that is intuitive, browseable and easily searchable

- Enable calendar item attachments to allow additional files or links to be associated with an individual calendar record

- Allow calendar administrators to independently manage their company financial events calendar 

- Allow calendar administrators the ability to easily populate the public calendar by importing events from Microsoft Office Outlook or Excel

- Allow the ability to store and archive individual events

- Enable one click integration with Microsoft Outlook, to allow end-users to auto-populate their personal calendar with corporate financial events
