Offshore & Neashore Development Center Cooperation Process

The suggested scheme could then look as follows:

1. You send us a request, describing your needs, your project and the skills you’d like your team to have.

2. We choose the best fitting guys for your team and send you the CVs.

3. After you confirm you are satisfied with the CVs, the team is created. (In case you are not satisfied with the CVs, we repeat point 2 until you ARE satisfied.)

4. You pass all the information on the project, its tasks and their priority to our PM. Some project start facilitating options, like mutual vacation in Alp mountains, on Copacabana beach or meeting team in our offices can be included at this stage as well.

5. PM makes the analysis and planning, communicates you the results of his analysis, asks questions if needed and starts the development with your dedicated team.

6. We will definitely use the project management system – it facilitates the whole project communication and management to a great extent. You can use our system (RedMine) or ask to use your system if you want to. The team usually sends you weekly reports and other updates on your demand.

7. We live together happily ever after.
