About

Binary Studio Academy is a nationwide training program which is our way to hire the top 1 % of engineering talent in Ukraine.


During the past 10 years, we have been improving the program to make it sharper and more intensive. We have gradually developed a scalable, predictable, step-by-step formula that allows us to hire the top 1 % of engineering talent for our clients.


In 2021, over the course of 6 months, we have tried and tested ~ 5,700 applicants, and we are ready to hire the top 30 engineers.


These selected engineers will soon join the teams of our clients, SMBs.


At Binary we build a community of loyal, values-driven people (“students always” is the key here) that tend to stay around for longer periods of time. This helps us to keep our clients’ team in-tact for years. I am happy I was able to contribute to building a community of the top 1 % of engineering talent in Ukraine. I myself graduated from the Academy years ago and I see it as my personal responsibility to keep the high Academy standards intact as we scale.

A solution inspired by Spotify, where users can create their own playlists and listen to themed selections. The web-application allows users to listen to music in different quality albums, create different playlists, create a library of liked content, share music with friends, and play a collaborative playlist together. There is also a mobile application with data synchronization.
