Binary Studio is currently looking to add another enthusiastic and mature expat IT Client Manager to their high performance BisDev team, in order to assist us in acquiring and cultivating more wonderful clients. This job requires equal amounts tenacity, assertiveness, and unconventional thinking in a perfect storm of qualities that would make Don Draper from Mad Men shy away from you out of intimidation.

        The role will involve:

        • Becoming intimately familiar with our company’s technical expertise, to the point where you can recite tech stacks and case studies in your sleep
        • Generating and responding to quality leads, like at Glengerry Glen Ross (minus the verbal abuse, of course)
        • Hunting down clients, both virtually and physically, with the potential of going on sponsored visits to Europe or North America to meet said clients face to face
        • Actively engaging customers, responding to their inquiries, spreading the gospel of Binary Studio and basically talking about how rad we are
        • The cultivation of implementation of brilliant new sales strategies to win the hearts and minds of new customers
        • Hitting sales milestones in close collaboration with our management team
        • Maintaining close ties with our current clients

We strongly believe, a good candidate:

  • Has experience of working in US, European or other relevant region
  • Has excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Has strong analytical skills, since it is important to be able to see the relevance of loads of information,
    draw conclusions in order to decide on the best course of actions
  • Is customer oriented, making customers and their needs a primary focus
  • Is dependable, thorough, and precise in everything he undertakes
  • Is a self-starter, able to work with minimum to no mentorship and guidance
  • Gets things done, without leaving loose ends
  • Works with others in a friendly, cooperative manner, and inspires others to collaborate
  • Speaks English Fluently (English is a mother tongue)

Would be a big plus:

  • Background in IT Sales, Business Development or Marketing area
