About Binary Studio Academy:

The Binary Studio Academy is a highly selective training program designed for university students studying Computer Science and Engineering. Participants receive hands-on experience in software development through practical training in JavaScript, .NET, mobile development, and quality assurance.

Working under the guidance of experienced engineers and product owners, students complete real MVP projects in a simulated commercial environment. The program culminates in a demo day similar to those held in a startup incubator, allowing students to present their projects and receive feedback from industry professionals.


Binary Studio Academy:

  • User acquisition (paid traffic)
  • Social media planning and posting
  • PR activities coordinated with PR and Marketing Assistant
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Changes to current marketing strategy to boost key metrics
  • Help with landing pages optimization


  • Utilize Growth Hacking strategies to support early-stage products
  • Come up with an individual approach for each product.
  • User acquisition (paid traffic)
  • Be involved in landing page creation
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • SEO (optional)

We will definitely have a great match if you have:

  • 1.5 years of experience in product marketing / digital marketing
  • Experience working with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge on how to utilize Growth Hacking strategies to quickly grow new products
  • Understanding of digital marketing and product metrics
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation
  • The ability to quickly and effectively generate new marketing ideas and hypotheses based on the research / previous results
  • Willingness to effectively collaborate with other team members, including Product Managers, Marketing Assistant, Designer, etc
  • Understanding the principles of prioritization and time management and actually using them day to day
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, come up with solutions and take ownership for making it happen.

It would be a huge plus if you also have:

  • Experience with multiple traffic sources (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snap, and other purchasing channels)
  • Experience in Growth Hacking
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with managing budgets, reporting on results, and predicting the future impact on business processes
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
