We are looking for an analytical, ambitious and result-oriented Product Owner with excellent leadership and execution skills to strengthen our team. You will lead the global digital customer acquisition strategy via inbound channels for one of our main services. In close cooperation with other teams within the company, this position will own, analyze, optimize and report digital performance across their line of business.

This is not your typical “Product Owner” vacancy. The Binary Studio team is going through a ‘we create projects’  to a ‘we create products’ mindset shift. One of the ‘aha’ moments for us was that our services should be promoted like products. Thus, we’re looking for someone who is interested in applying their product marketing expertise to services promotion in the B2B segment. If you are known for continuously looking for creative solutions, paying attention to detail, asking good questions, and prioritizing tasks based on their impact & the level of effort to achieve results with a burning ambition to influence the entire business - this position is for you!

This role sits within the Marketing team, and you will be a crucial team member who helps operationalize key growth strategies for Binary Studio.

in this role, you will:

  • Report to the CEO and CMO and be part of the larger BizOps team, shaping our business strategy and improving marketing operations for scale
  • Formulate and execute Binary Studio’s media strategy across PPC, SEO/SEM, content
  • Plan and track the marketing budget, continuously monitor ROI to ensure all processes are optimized for pipeline generation
  • Cooperate day-to-day with other teams (content, sales development, and others), agencies, and contractors to ensure the maximum effectiveness and integration of digital campaigns
  • Look behind the clickstream data to find insights, and act upon them
  • Define, understand, and improve key marketing metrics and share insights and results throughout the team
  • Get your hands dirty with A/B testing and hypothesis-based marketing work
  • Analyze competitors and shaping our unique competitive edges
  • Act as the owner of hypotheses and testing them through fast but efficient executions

Qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in a digital marketing leadership position
  • Proven leadership track record of leading high-performance digital marketing teams
  • Intimate understanding of today’s digitally-led marketing mix
  • Profound understanding of IT buying lifecycles and B2B sales cycle
  • Ability to lead, own and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Awareness of the newest digital trends and methodologies
  • Strong command of marketing automation tools and CRM
  • Can work independently
  • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent English (verbal and written, C1+)
