As a strategist, you will play a key role in developing world-class engineers, solving clients' business problems, and creating in-house products. Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery Manager (Director) is responsible for setting strategic direction for delivery management, defining and implementing standards and processes, overseeing teams across a broad portfolio of accounts, and successfully implementing recovery for project crisis situations.
You have strong consulting skills, and you build strong relationships with both clients and all parts of the business agency to define viable approaches/methodologies in line with relevant industry standards and best practices. Furthermore, you will represent the delivery team within the business and ensure their views are made clear to the executive management team. You will ensure the individuals within delivery management are aligned and function as a team.
Attitude is every bit as important as skills and experience. You will bring an energy and passion to the role that inspires those in the department and within the wider agency. You need to be a fantastic communicator, both internally and with clients and other stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for the engineering culture of the company, enabling the skill set and maturity growth of the engineering department, creating global IDPs (individual development plans) for engineers and mentoring leaders and other managers.

Expected Knowledge:
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, 5+ years of experience in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing development teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design and architecture
- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
- Experience leading, mentoring, and managing engineering teams and team leaders
- Management experience in outsourcing/outstaffing companies (50-100 employees)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Understanding of agency finance models and operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to manage client relationships
- Strong leadership
- Experience with managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents
- Strong service delivery, time, project, and priority management skills
- Resource management experience
- Mobile development experience (optional)
