This is a flight simulation engine series developed and published in 90s, which has since become the go-to choice for aviation enthusiasts and pilots worldwide. Available on all major operating systems - macOS, Windows, and Linux, and mobile versions for Android, iOS, and webOS. The project has undergone several versions and formats, and we now have an exciting opportunity to work with the product development team to help improve it. Our primary goal is to introduce a game built-in marketplace and adapt it for users of all platforms.
Talent you’ll bring into our team:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager
- Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 5+ people)
- Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets
- Technical background
- Strong understanding of SDLC and classical management
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Superior project and team management skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Budget management experience
- Strong Risk management skills
- Experience in hiring people and onboarding people
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Being proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details
- Upper-intermediate level of English
