• 4+ years of software development experience;
• Strong experience with Java and J2EE;
• Experience with Groovy;
• Experience with PostgreSQL and JPA;
• Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles, with the ability to apply them in practice;
• Knowledge and practical application of clean code principles;
• Understanding and application of Secure Coding Practices;
• Experience developing and customizing software solutions for clients;
• Ability to participate in task estimation and planning;
• Experience with code reviews.

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience with Vaadin;
• Experience developing AI-powered solutionsand integrating AI capabilities into products;
• Practical experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
• Experience building or integrating AI agents;
• Experience with AI/API integrations;
• Understanding of how AI capabilities can be incorporated into existing products and business processes.
