Academy applicants are mainly graduates from top universities of Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia, highly motivated to start their career in IT and get practical experience in programming.
2 900 Passed tests
The first selection stage starts with an extensive online test covering programming fundamentals, which helps us single out applicants with sufficient knowledge.
1 500 Preselected
All our potential students go through a lecture section created by our own engineers and complete 3 homework assignments.
400 Interviewed
After successfully completing a 15-lecture online program and accompanying homework, preselected candidates pass a technical interview with our team.
300 Enrolled
Once all students pass the theoretical course and interviews, they work in groups for 6 weeks and create MVPs under supervision and coaching.

Working closely with each student every day over the course of 3 months, we identify the best talent and see clearly with whom we have the best culture match. At the end of the Academy program, we hire the brightest graduates.
