THE CHALLENGE

The platform was initially started by a different service provider, but after over a year of development, the previous team transferred off the project, leaving the last final phases of work to be done before bringing the application into production.

With a looming deadline and no clear details on what needed to be done to finish the initial development cycle and put the application in front of users, JobBliss turned to Binary Studio for help in getting the platform across the finish line while maintaining a steady stream of updates and features based on user feedback.

THE SOLUTION

Binary quickly assessed the situation by conducting our in depth “Inception” discovery process, where one of our senior most software architects jumped into the existing codebase, reviewed the remaining tasks, and created a detailed plan to wrap up production and take the platform live. After a week or so of planning, Binary assembled a team of engineers to carry out the mission and within 5 months the project went into open beta.
